# Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

The two documents that govern your use of Plutonium Network. Both are below on this page.

## Terms of Service

*Effective 11 September 2026*

### 1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Plutonium Network ("Plutonium", "we", "us"). By creating an account, or by using any part of Plutonium, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Plutonium.

### 2. Who may use Plutonium

You must be at least **13 years of age** to use Plutonium. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Plutonium with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must not use Plutonium if you have previously been banned from it, or if doing so would break a law that applies to you.

### 3. Your account

- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- Give us accurate information, and keep it up to date. One account per person; do not share accounts or create accounts to get around limits or bans.
- If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Account panel. See [Section 11 of the Privacy Policy](#privacy) for what deletion does.

### 4. Acceptable use

Plutonium is a general-purpose browsing and entertainment platform. You agree not to use it to:

- break any law that applies to you, or help anyone else do so;
- access, store, or distribute content that is illegal, or content you do not have the right to access;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- harass, threaten, or harm other people;
- upload or distribute malware, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to a system, incuding ours;
- attack, overload, scrape, or bypass the rate limits of Plutonium or any service it connects to, including our AI, cloud-gaming, and virtual-machine services;
- resell, sublicense, or rebrand access to Plutonium's services without our written permission;
- impersonate Plutonium, its staff, or another person.

**You are responsible for what you do with the service.** The built-in proxy, cloud browser, and virtual machines are tools. Using them does not make an activity legal, and does not transfer responsibility for that activity to us whatsoever.

### 5. Third-party content and services

Plutonium links to, embeds, and routes traffic to services that we do not own or control, including games, films, TV, anime, AI inference, and remote virtual machines. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy. Plutonium does not host or claim ownership of third-party media, and does not endorse it. If you are a rights holder and believe something reachable through Plutonium infringes your rights, contact us using Section 13.

### 6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Plutonium: uploaded games, bookmarks, chats, settings, and so on. To run the service, you give us permission to store, transmit, and display your content as needed to provide features you have switched on, including syncing it to your account across devices. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies retained in routine backups for a limited period.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal or that you do not have permission to share.

### 7. Stelena AI

Stelena is an AI assistant. Its output can be **wrong, incomplete, or out of date**, even when it sounds confident. It is not professional advice: do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. Do not submit information you would not be comfortable having processed by a third-party AI provider, and do not submit other people's private information. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your prompts, and for how memory works.

### 8. Cloud gaming and virtual machines

Cloud gaming sessions and virtual machines are temporary, run on third-party infrastructure, and may be unavailable, queued, reset, or ended at any time. Anything you do inside a remote session is visible to the operator of that infrastructure. **Do not sign in to sensitive accounts, or enter payment details, inside a remote or cloud session.**

### 9. Availability and changes

Plutonium is provided on an **"as is" and "as available" basis**, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we may suspend the service, in whole or in part, at any time. We do not guarantee that any data you store will be preserved: keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

### 10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you break these terms OR BY ANY MEANS WE SEE FIT, if we are legally required to, or if your use puts Plutonium or other people at risk. You may stop using Plutonium and delete your account at any time. Where a suspension is permanent, you may contact us to ask for the reason.

### 11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plutonium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Because Plutonium is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $0. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

### 12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this section. Continuing to use Plutonium after an update means you accept the new terms. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to make it noticeable in the product.

### 13. Contact

Questions about these terms, or reports of illegal content or rights infringement, can be sent to us through our Discord server: <https://discord.gg/sQvNX6SVfA>.

### 4. Data Stored on Your Device

Plutonium keeps certain information in your browser's local storage and IndexedDB/local database so the application can function between visits and reloads.

This may include:

* Session information
* Settings
* Browsing history
* AI conversations
* Game data
* Uploaded games
* Bookmarks
* Other application data required for locally available features

If you use Plutonium without signing in, data that is normally associated with your account may remain only on your device. However, using networked features can still cause information to be transmitted to Plutonium infrastructure or third-party services as necessary to provide those features.

You can clear locally stored Plutonium data using **Help → Clear cache & reload** where available, or by clearing the site's data through your browser.

### 5. Microphone and Voice

Plutonium only uses your microphone for Stelena's **Talk mode**, or another feature that explicitly requires microphone access.

Your browser asks for microphone permission before Plutonium can access your microphone.

While Talk mode is active:

1. Your voice may be recorded.
2. The recording may be transmitted to our AI service for speech-to-text processing.
3. The resulting transcription may be used as your AI prompt.
4. Stelena may generate a response.
5. The response may be sent to a text-to-speech service when voice playback is enabled.

Recording stops when you leave Talk mode.

If you never activate a microphone-dependent feature, Plutonium does not intentionally access your microphone.

### 6. What We Do Not Do

Plutonium does **not**:

* Show advertising.
* Use advertising trackers.
* Build advertising profiles.
* Sell your personal information.
* Share your information with data brokers.
* Use browser or device fingerprinting.
* Use analytics or product-telemetry SDKs to profile how you use the application.
* Access your clipboard unless a feature explicitly requires an action you initiate.
* Access your camera unless a feature explicitly requires an action you initiate and you grant permission.
* Access your contacts.
* Access your files except files you explicitly choose to upload or import.
* Read pages you browse inside the app to build advertising profiles.

The absence of advertising or analytics does not mean that network requests contain no technical information. Services such as Cloudflare, relay infrastructure, authentication providers, AI providers, or other third-party services may necessarily receive information required to process requests.

### 7. Where Your Data Is Stored

Account data and synced application data may be stored using **Google Firebase**, in infrastructure associated with your account.

Requests to Plutonium services may pass through **Cloudflare**, which may necessarily receive technical request information such as your IP address, user-agent/device information, and requested address.

Data transmitted between your browser and supported Plutonium services is encrypted in transit where supported by the relevant connection.

Third-party services may store or process information under their own privacy policies and retention practices.

### 8. Third-Party Services That Receive Your Data

Plutonium depends on third-party services to provide certain features.

When you use a feature that depends on one of these services, information necessary to provide that feature may be transmitted to the relevant provider.

| Service | Information it may receive |
| --------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **AI inference provider (Groq Cloud)** | AI prompts, conversation text, AI-generated or stored memory facts, text to be spoken aloud, and recorded voice in Talk mode |
| **Remote-desktop provider (Hyperbeam)** | Session information and URLs opened in virtual-machine or remote-browser sessions |
| **Relay servers (Render)** | Traffic for pages opened through the built-in proxy, including URLs and information contained in requests necessary to relay the traffic |
| **Movie/TV data provider (TMDB)** | Media search queries and titles or media information you request |
| **Video players (Videasy/Vidcore)** | The identifier of the movie, show, or other title you choose to watch |
| **Search suggestions (Google)** | Search/address-bar text submitted for search suggestions after the applicable delay |
| **Avatar service** | A one-way hash of your email address when an applicable profile-picture service is used |
| **IP location service** | Your IP address when Plutonium uses the service to determine an approximate location or select a nearby relay region |
| **Code and asset CDNs / GitHub** | Standard request information and information necessary to retrieve assets or import a game/repository you explicitly request |

We aim to send third-party providers only the information reasonably necessary for the feature being used. However, once information is transmitted to a third-party provider, that provider's own privacy policy and terms may apply.

### 9. Browsing Through the Proxy

Plutonium can route pages through proxy and relay infrastructure so that they can load when they otherwise might be filtered or inaccessible.

When you use the proxy:

* The URL you request may be visible to the relay infrastructure.
* Network traffic may pass through the relay.
* Cookies may pass through the relay.
* Information you submit to a proxied website may pass through the relay.
* The destination website may receive requests originating from the relay rather than directly from your device.

Proxy infrastructure necessarily creates this visibility.

**We strongly recommend that you do not sign in to sensitive accounts or enter payment information through a proxied page.**

### 10. Cookies and Local Storage

Plutonium does not intentionally use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Plutonium may use browser storage and session mechanisms to:

* Keep you signed in.
* Maintain application sessions.
* Remember settings.
* Store locally available history.
* Store AI chats.
* Store supported game data.
* Maintain other application state.

Websites that you visit through Plutonium may set their own cookies. Those cookies are controlled by the applicable website and may be transmitted through proxy or remote browsing infrastructure when those features are used.

### 11. How Long We Keep Data

Retention depends on the type of data and the feature that created it.

* **Synced account data** is generally retained while your account exists so that it remains available across devices.
* **History entries you delete** are removed from your active account data, but a limited deletion marker may be retained for up to 30 days to prevent the entry from reappearing during synchronization.
* **Rate-limit counters** may expire within minutes.
* **Server and provider logs** may be retained by Cloudflare and other providers according to their own policies.
* **Deleted content** may remain in routine backups for a limited period before those backups are overwritten.
* **Local browser data** remains on your device until you clear it, the browser removes it, or Plutonium removes or replaces it.
* **Third-party services** may retain information according to their own privacy policies and retention schedules.

### 12. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on the feature and applicable law, you may:

* **Use Plutonium without an account.** Many features work while signed out.
* **Export your data.** The Account panel provides an export function that downloads a JSON copy of your stored Plutonium account data.
* **Delete individual items.** Where supported, you can delete bookmarks, history entries, chats, AI memories, uploaded games, and other individual data.
* **Delete your account.** Account deletion closes your account and removes personal data stored with it, subject to routine backups, legal obligations, and third-party retention.
* **Request information.** You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you.
* **Request access or deletion.** Where applicable under law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Deleting data from Plutonium does not necessarily cause third-party providers to immediately delete information they independently retain. Their own policies and deletion procedures may apply.

### 13. Security

We use reasonable security measures designed to protect your information, including account separation and encrypted connections where supported.

However, no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and device. Anything stored on a browser or device may be exposed if that device, browser, account, or operating system is compromised.

Do not use sensitive accounts or enter sensitive credentials into remote browsing, cloud-gaming, or virtual-machine environments.

### 14. Children
